Financial Security
All customer balances are held in a segregated trust account facility to ensure the security of customer funds. We also offer a wide range of secure payment options and these will appear on your Bank Statement as MC GUTSHOTGAMING.COM, all transactions are in US Dollars. Any deposit you make in to your Gutshot Poker account are debited immediately and will be credited to your account at the same time. It is the Card holders responsibility to observe the national law of the their own country regarding possible lottery and gambling prohibitions. Refund Policy

Under Age Gambling

Responsible Gambling

Gutshot will then close your account(s) for a minimum period of 6 months, during which time it will not be possible for the account(s) to be re-opened for any reason.
