All deposits to player accounts must be made through the deposit methods as set out by Gutshot and may vary from time to time. All player to player transactions are considered to be either deposits or withdrawals and are subject to the rules of same. Gutshot reserves the right to vary the monthly maximum withdrawal amounts from time to time. Gutshot reserves the right to charge the player any/all bank/financial handling charges in respect of any/all manual or electronic transactions of depositing or withdrawal from accounts on Gutshot.

Age

Accounts
Only one Gutshot account may be opened per individual and per physical address. You shall not allow any third party whatsoever to make use of your Gutshot account and should the same occur, you hereby accept full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and expressly indemnify and hold Gutshot harmless in respect of any damages arising from such use.

Inactive Accounts
If you do not access your account by logging on to your account using your account name and password and either
- Place a bet or
- Enter a tournament with a cash entry fee or
- Play a raked hand
for any consecutive period of 180 days, then after those 180 days your account will be deemed Inactive.
Once your account has been deemed inactive then Gutshot is entitled to charge you an administrative fee. Gutshot will deduct an amount up to the inactive account Fee amount from your account balance on the day following the end of the 180 day period and then every seven (7) days thereafter in accordance with the inactive account fee schedule

This fee and all fees and charges are subject to change from time to time.

If a player wishes to join the Gutshot VIP Cashback program the player must meet a minimum criteria to be eligible. The player must have at least 10 VIPs or generated $5 in raked hands whichever is the higher. The membership of the Gutshot VIP CashBack promotion is at the sole discretion of Gutshot and Gutshot reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate any Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond Gutshots control.
